That's how I feel about this home building process. Lots of stuff will get done in a short time and we think that we're getting there, but then the house will sit for days without any work being done. But we really are getting there. The house has our laminate hardwood flooring in, tile laid, doors and trim work, and possibly cabinets (I'm going out there today to check.) We're looking at 2-3 weeks, probably closer to 3. At this point, we're kinda getting anxious, as we're ready to pack up and move. We feel in transition. But soon.
Next day update: Cabinets are in, light fixtures are in, and outlets/switches are in. Countertop installed in laundry room. If we get our kitchen countertop on Monday, we get our closing date set!
