A good chocolate chip cookie

I finally broke down and joined Pinterest, mostly for good ideas. While browsing, I found a website that says they have the recipe for the perfect chocolate chip cookie. Since my chocolate chip cookies have struggled in looks (maybe taste a little bit), I decided to try it. The website is here: http://theperfectchocolatechipcookie.com/instruct.php

I followed it as close as I could, the only thing I struggled with was the size of the cookie. I also thought the dough refrigerated too long. I usually make my cookies small, and these needed to be a fairly decent size. Once I kind of got it, I think they turned out pretty good for my first try, although not perfect. But they taste good!

I have learned that I love baking and cooking, especially in my new awesome kitchen.
