This winter has been mild for sure, but it still means we spend a lot of time indoors. By the time February and March come around we are already dying to get outside for the summer. But we do what we can. The girls got a princess castle tent for Christmas that they've been playing with, and as the top picture shows, Phoebe roped Socrates into playing and he's not extremely happy about it. The girls love their new playroom; they have a kitchen, table and chairs, lounge chairs, TV and Xbox, a bookcase, a dollhouse, a princess castle, and bins to put all their toys in.
We've been working hard on the yard when we can. This week we are ready to pour our patio, and then pour the side garage pad a couple weeks after that. I'm hoping to have sod in the next 3 weeks or so and then it will be usable space. Ryan's worked so hard on the sprinklers and putting all that in.
We are excited for when it gets warm enough to start going up the canyon. We bought an annual pass to AF canyon this year, and we've already gotten 3 uses out of it before last winter, but we are excited to use it a whole bunch this summer and do lots of hiking and biking. Summer is on it's way!
